San Diego landmark restaurant and award-winning coastal treasure for over 75 years, The Marine Room invites diners to celebrate Spring this April with the waterfront restaurant's new "Le Voyage" Tasting special, as well as the highly anticipated High Tide Dinners taking place later this month and throughout the year.
With sweeping panoramic views of La Jolla Shores, culinary excellence lead by French Master Chef Bernard Guillas, and first-class service, The Marine Roome offers an incomparable ocean-front dining experience in San Diego. This month, The Marine Room has introduced its "Le Voyage" tasting dinner, where guests embark on a global culinary journey with a six-course, prix fixe tasting menu designed by Executive Chef Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver. Le Voyage is a dining experience showcasing signature dishes from the restaurant’s dinner menu including Ocean Trilogy (Lobster Medallion, Ahi Tuna Tartare, Hiramasa Sashimi), Main Diver Scallop and Hudson Valley Foie, Cervena Farm Elk Medallion and a "Share the Love" dessert quintet. The Le Voyage menu will be available Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the cost of $115 per person, with full table participation required.
