 The North Park Festival of Beers returns outside the historic Lafayette Hotel for its 12th year on Saturday, April 6, from 12-4pm, for a day devoted to two of San Diego’s best known exports - music and craft beer. Enjoy tastes of over 80 beers from more than 40 breweries, as well as live music, local vendors and great food. San Diego has emerged as one of the most dynamic beer cities in the United States, arguably the world, with an unmatched diversity of style and technique. At the 12th Annual North Park Festival of Beers, guests are invited to enjoy local craft beers from breweries such as Alpine Beer Company, Amplified Ale Works, Ballast Point, Latchkey Brewing, Latitude 33, Mike Hess Brewing, Karl Strauss, Mother Earth, North Park Beer Company, Societe, Thorn Brewing, and so many more, not to mention a plethora of other breweries from around the country. There will also be live music on multiple stages from three San Diego Music Awards nominated bands - Aviator Stash, The Petty Saints, and The Frets.

Tickets to the North Park Festival of Beers are currently $40 for General Admission (1pm entry) and $50 for VIP (which offers ticket holders an extra hour of indulging starting at noon). Food will be offered at an additional cost from local eateries. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the San Diego Music Foundation, a non-profit organization with a mission to keep music instruction available to students in San Diego public schools.
