San Diego-Born Bottlecraft Targets Long Beach For 7th Location

February 1, 2019

Founded in San Diego's Little Italy in 2011, Bottlecraft is a burgeoning beer shop and taproom concept that will launch its 7th location later this year in Long Beach, CA.

Bottlecraft is a craft beer bar and retail bottle shop from Brian Jensen, who also has an ownership interest in North Park's Waypoint Public. The company currently operates six Bottlecraft locations, with branches in Liberty Public Market, Little Italy, North Park, Virginia Beach, Solana Beach, and Sorrento Valley.

The 7th location of Bottlecraft will open as part of Long Beach Exchange, a retail and dining destination being built in the Lakewood area of Long Beach. Located within the Douglas Park planned development, Long Beach Exchange will be comprised of 260,000 square feet of retail spanning 17 buildings. Bottlecraft will have a location within The Hangar, a 17,000 square-foot structure reminiscent of an aviation hangar that will house 14 artisanal food vendors and retailers. Bottlecraft Long Beach is expected to open by February 13.
