San Diego's authentic Vietnamese chain of restaurants, Phở Ca Dao & Grill is in the process of opening a new location in Mission Valley.
Since its launch in 2001, Pho Ca Dao & Grill has garnered a loyal local following for its menu of Vietnamese favorites, including the popular PCD pho Vietnamese noodle soup served in broth that’s simmered for 8 to 10 hours. In addition to operating 5 area Pho Ca Dao locations, owner Thi Huynh is a long-time leader amongst the San Diego's Vietnamese-American community, having served as a secretary-general of the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and vice director of the local branch of Tieng Nuoc Toi radio.
The new Pho Ca Dao & Grill will soon open within Fenton Marketplace in Mission Valley in the space that last housed Primo's Mexican Food & Bar. Expect a menu centered around elevated Vietnamese dishes featuring pho soups with filet mignon, oxtail and seafood, and made-to-order chargrilled recipes. The new Mission Valley location will also offer a full bar serving cocktails, craft beer and wine.
