More Nashville hot fried chicken is coming to San Diego! Los Angeles-based Main Chick Hot Chicken is opening a location within Clairemont Town Square.
The first Main Chick Hot Chicken restaurant opened in Los Angeles' West Hollywood in December 2019 and the fast-casual chicken chain now has three locations with more on the way. Similar to Dave's Hot Chicken, Main Chick serves a concise menu of Nashville-style fried chicken in escalating degrees of spiciness. The founders also operated sister mini-chain Oi Asian Fusion, which has a location in San Diego's National City.
Main Chick Hot Chicken will soon install an outpost in the Clairemont Town Square retail plaza. The restaurant will serve an expanded menu of Nashville-style fried spicy chicken sandwiches, tenders, and chicken on the bone, as well as a variety of side dishes. This location will also have a beer and wine license.
Main Chick Hot Chicken aims to open as early as this December at 4705 Clairemont Drive in San Diego Clairemont neighborhood. For more information, visit eatmainchick.com.
