San Diego's Michelin-Starred Addison To Host Culinary Masters Event With Star-Studded Chef Lineup

San Diego's sole Michelin-starred restaurant Addison Del Mar will host a world-renowned lineup of chefs during the weekend of September 25-27. 

Addison Restaurant, Fairmont Grand Del Mar and luxury-lifestyle magazine Robb Report will host its 2021 Culinary Masters golf and culinary weekend this September 25-27. The event will feature golf and dining events featuring culinary masters Paul Bartolotta, Junior Borges, Daniel Boulud, JJ Johnson, Gavin Kaysen, Thomas Keller, Nancy Silverton, and Addison Executive Chef William Bradley. 

These world-renowned culinary masterminds will host extraordinary dining events paired with world-class wines on Saturday, September 26. On Sunday. there will be a friendly golf tournament followed by an al fresco celebration with cuisine by Paul Bartolotta, Junior Borges and Ming Tsai. There will also be an intimate cooking class with with JJ Johnson. 

The price for the full weekend experience is $4,600 per person or $5,900 per couple. Those that only want to attend the Saturday Gala, the cost is $1,500 per person or $3,000 per couple. The price for the full Sunday golf tournament and the al fresco dinner is $950 per person or $1,900 per couple, or $350 per person and $700 per couple for just the Sunday dinner. 

Chef William Bradley opened Addison at what is now the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in 2006 and the restaurant was quickly regarded as the top spot for French fine dining in all of San Diego. Named for Addison Mizner, a famed architect whose approach was inspired by the decorative arts of Spain, Portugal, Venice and Morocco, the 80-seat dining room is a sophisticated setting for Bradley's ten-course tasting menu, which showcases and preserves the integrity of seasonal and world-class ingredients. In 2019, Addison was named as the sole San Diego-based recipient to receive a highly coveted Michelin Star.
