May flowers are coming early this year, as a new "botanical speakeasy" is set to unveil next month in San Diego.
San Diego's Estancia Resort has partnered with local florist Native Poppy to transform the onsite Greenfinch Bar space into a floral-filled wonderland to be known as Estancia in Bloom botanical speakeasy. Expect a blossoming secret garden featuring an abundance of bold, floor-to-ceiling floral installations, as well as a menu of festive bubbles, colorful cocktails and tantalizing small bites. Unveiling Friday, March 10, the year-long pop-up will open every day from 4-10pm.

"Native Poppy has planned a year-long presence at the Estancia Hotel, showcasing tastefully curated installations that accentuate the hacienda-style ambiance of the property," explained Native Poppy founder Natalie Gill. "The initial 'Estancia in Bloom' exhibit will commence on March 1st, comprising contemporary blooms that embody the essence of spring. These blossoms will feature various hues of purple, apricot, dusty blue, peach, and champagne, coupled with imaginative foliage and intriguing textures. We invite you to experience the transformed Greenfinch Bar, which has been reinvented as a flourishing space, and savor seasonal specialty cocktails. We are thrilled to bring floral magic to the Estancia through our artistic designs and grand installation work."
