Craft House is a local American gastropub concept founded by Chef Caesar Huerta that first opened in summer 2018 in San Diego's North Park. A second branch opened in 2020 within Del Mar's Sky Deck restaurant hall, offering a 2,300 square-foot indoor dining area with its own 370 square-foot outdoor patio.
Craft House is gearing up to open its next eatery this summer at Fashion Valley Mall in the ground-level, 1,907 square-foot restaurant space with a 720 square-foot patio last occupied by The Counter. In addition to its menu of American comfort food favorites like a long list of "monster" burgers, including the popular Wake n' Bake'n Burger, the new Craft House will also offer more locally sourced seafood dishes and entrees inspired by the Baja region. There will also be craft cocktails and a long list of local beers on tap.
