Denver-based morning-centric restaurant chain Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, is set to close one of its San Diego locations.
Snooze: an A.M. Eatery has a relatively short but vibrant history, tracing its origins back to 2006 in Denver, Colorado. Founded by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, along with their partner Scott Peterson, Snooze aimed to revolutionize the breakfast and brunch scene with its innovative menu and retro-inspired atmosphere. From its humble beginnings as a single location in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood, Snooze expanded rapidly, opening new locations across Colorado and eventually branching out to other states, including Arizona, California, Texas, and beyond.
