All Aboard Charcuterie & Provisions Opens On San Diego's Shelter Island, Bringing Gourmet Grazing To Point Loma

A fresh wave of flavor has arrived on Shelter Island as All Aboard Charcuterie & Provisions officially opened its doors in San Diego’s Point Loma, offering an elevated mix of curated charcuterie, artisan sandwiches, and boutique provisions in a charming coastal setting.

Located in the former Paragon Deli space on Shelter Island, All Aboard is the passion project of longtime Point Loma residents Shauna Moran-Brown and Sibila Reyes. After decades spent in media and education respectively, the pair transitioned into entrepreneurship with a shared vision for a hospitality concept rooted in gourmet craftsmanship and local connection.

What began as a creative pandemic hobby for Moran-Brown - who previously served as iHeartMedia San Diego’s Director of Rock Programming - has now blossomed into a full-service storefront and catering company. Inspired by the joy of assembling charcuterie boards and the communal experience they provide, she and Reyes developed All Aboard to celebrate quality ingredients, creativity, and community.
Open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays), the shop offers handcrafted charcuterie boards, gourmet grazing carts, and a rotating deli menu of bruschetta boards, sandwiches, and snacks made with seasonal meats, cheeses, breads, and accompaniments. The provisions section features wine, craft beer, small-batch olive oils, jams, and more. For visitors looking to relax, the nautically inspired space includes dine-in options with curated food and beverage pairings.

The sandwich menu at All Aboard features standout creations like the Brie, Fig Jam & Prosciutto on Focaccia, which blends rich cheeses with sweet and salty accents on house-baked bread. Other favorites include the Caprese on Rosemary Focaccia, a classic Italian combination brightened by balsamic glaze, and the indulgent Stracciatella Sandwich, layered with creamy cheese, mortadella, pistachios, pesto, and honey. For those craving something heartier, the Spicy Italian Muffuletta delivers bold flavor with salami, mortadella, provolone, and olive tapenade, while the Turkey & Pepper Jack on Ciabatta offers a fresh, savory bite with crisp greens and a whole grain mustard aioli. 
The business is also catering to Shelter Island’s active boating and event scene. All Aboard provides customizable charcuterie packages for yacht charters, real estate showings, weddings, and corporate functions, making it a one-stop destination for San Diego’s culinary creatives and event planners alike.

Looking ahead, All Aboard will host seasonal wine tastings, holiday events, and exclusive private parties. They’re also introducing a "Board Member" loyalty program, which includes monthly boards, discounts, and invitations to members-only experiences.
