The expansion marks the first new location in more than a decade for Ironsmith Coffee, the specialty coffee roaster founded by Matthew Delarosa in Encinitas in 2015. What began as a home roasting hobby evolved into one of North County's most respected independent coffee companies, earning recognition for its small-batch roasting program and carefully sourced beans from coffee-growing regions around the world. Delarosa has long emphasized quality over growth, previously stating his preference for maintaining intimate neighborhood cafés rather than pursuing rapid expansion. The Oceanside location represents a notable exception, and a personal one, as Delarosa lives just a few blocks from Eucalyptus Grove.

Plans also include a dry goods market stocked with imported Italian products alongside the shop's signature handmade pastas, sauces, cheeses and other take-home specialties.
Over the years, Rosanna's has developed a devoted following for its homemade lasagna, Italian sandwiches, fresh pasta, paninis and traditional sauces, with many longtime customers making the family-run shop a regular stop for both prepared meals and ingredients to recreate authentic Italian dishes at home.
Joining the food-focused additions is SweatDreams Fitness, which will relocate its Oceanside flagship boutique fitness studio to the renovated center after recently expanding into Encinitas. The studio has built a loyal local membership during its more than five years in business.
Modern Blonde Salon will also debut its first standalone namesake location after serving clients throughout Oceanside and Carlsbad for the past 15 years.
Retail Insite says ownership intends to create a destination centered on locally owned businesses rather than national chains, helping reinforce Oceanside's continuing evolution as one of Southern California's fastest-growing independent restaurant and retail markets.
