Mission Valley Craft Beer & Food Festival Returns To Offer Best Beer Fest Value In Town On Saturday, March 26 | Save On Passes & Enter To Win VIP Tickets

February 13, 2016

Over the course of its five previous installments, the Mission Valley Craft Beer & Food Festival has come to be known by many as the tried-and-true, locals-friendly, best-value-in-town craft beer festival. MVCBF has always been reasonably priced and includes unlimited food and craft beer samples (plus spirits!) as well as great music. On Saturday, March 26, the event will return to take over the gigantic practice field at Qualcomm Stadium for a day devoted to America's finest craft brews paired with some of our city's best restaurants and chefs. As always, SanDiegoVille readers save on any ticket type with promo code SDVILLE and we are also raffling off two SOLD OUT VIP passes to attend.

One of San Diego's best beer and food festivals is back! Like many, you must be tired of "beer fests" not including food with the price of admission. It seems borderline negligent, but making you cough up more money to buy limited options of food once you're inside the event gates may be even worse. The Mission Valley Craft Beer & Food Festival always has and always will be an all-inclusive event, allowing you to sample unlimited amounts of creations from San Diego's best local eateries, breweries, distilleries and other purveyors. And surprisingly, even though it is being held at Qualcomm, parking is included in the price of admission!

VIP passes are already sold out, but if you're one of the lucky few who already bought your ticket, you get an extra hour and a half of imbibing (starting at noon) -  plus VIP only beer and spirit offerings. A limited amount of general admission tickets are still available but will undoubtedly sell out. GA passes are now $50 and get ticket holders unlimited samples from 1:30-5pm. Save $5 per ticket with promo code SDVILLE at checkout.

Breweries scheduled to offer samples at this year's MVCBF include Abnormal Beer, AleSmith, Alpine, Ballast Point, Belching Beaver, Bitter Brothers, Coronado, Deschutes, Duck Foot, Firestone Walker, Golden Coast Meade, Half Door, Karl Strauss, Maui Brewing, Nickel Beer, Sierra Nevada, Societe, Stone, Twisted Manzanita and many more.

There will also be spirit samples from American Born Moonshine, Kill Devil Spirit Co., Liberty Call Distilling, san Diego Distillery and Twisted Manzanita Spirits, as well as beverages from DIABOLO, Living Tea Brewing Co. and Kombucha On Tap. Some of San Diego's top restaurants and eateries will offer samples at MVCBF, including Crazee Burger, Doggos Gus, Farv's Pickles, Grillfellas BBQ, Mad House Comedy Club, Mario Medina Catering, McGregor's Grill, Quad AleHouse, S&M Sausage and Meat, Slater's 50/50, Taste & Thirst, The Cork & Craft, The Grill at Torrey Pines, Toronado, Waypoint Public and more. And of course, there will be plenty of live music to keep the crowd grooving!

Buy your tickets to the MVCBF online before it is too late, as this event will sell out soon. A portion of the proceeds will benefit It's All About the Kids Foundation - a local charity who works alongside several other charities assisting San Diego's youth in overcoming life's hurdles.
