Seriously, is there a better combination than beer and barbecue?  Personally, we don't think so.  Don't miss four nights of San Diego's finest craft beer breweries along with San Diego's favorite BBQ during San Diego Beer Week 2012 at Phil's BBQ.

San Diego may be the craft beer capitol of the world, and Phil's BBQ is probably the most renown restaurant in San Diego, so what better union is there to celebrate San Diego Beer Week 2012 than Phils BBQ and San Diego's top breweries? Here is the line-up of breweries who will be holding beer and bbq events at Phil's...

Tuesday, Nov. 6: Ballast Point Brewing featuring Indra Kunindra, Abandon Ship, Habanero Sculpin, and other tasty selections

Wednesday, Nov. 7: Stone Brewing featuring Iron Fist/Ken Schmidt/Stone Mint Chocolate Imperial Stout, Stone Mix Tape Vol. 1., and other great beers

Thursday, Nov. 8: Green Flash Brewing featuring Park West Porter, Hamilton's 6th Anniversary IPA, Le Freak, and more

Friday, Nov. 9: West Coaster Night featuring Monkey Paw, Manzanita, and Societe Brewing

Each event runs from 6:00 to 8:00 and will feature specialty beers from the participating breweries paired with samplings of Phil's BBQ. For $25.00, you get six 5 oz. beer tasters, six BBQ samples (heavy hors d'oeuvres sized portions), and you get to keep the Phil's Beer Week logo tasting glass.

In addition to San Diego's best beer and barbecue, there will be a raffle and other surprises. Phil's is selling fewer tickets to these events this year to keep the experience more enjoyable (aka less crowded!) for all involved. Tickets are available on-line only.
