The Newest Member of the Kiwi Family, Queenstown Public House, Kicks Off Summer Brunch!

Queenstown Public House, the newest member of the “Kiwi family” of restaurants (San Diego’s Raglan Public House and Bare Back Grill) has unveiled its summer brunch menu complete with kiwi-inspired breakfast, sangrias and mimosas.  With its large al fresco dining, Queenstown Public House has created a line up of meaty creations, amongst traditional favorites such as chicken and waffles.

“We are excited to introduce the newest member of our San Diego-based, Kiwi-inspired restaurant family,” said PJ Lamont, partner and restaurateur behind Bare Back Grill and Raglan Public House.  “Brunch at Queenstown is home-like dining with an old school farm feel.”

Queenstown Public House’s brunch is officially being served on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Queenstown Public House will remain open the remainder of the day, serving its mainstays and house specialties menu, featuring organic and natural ingredients.

Located at 1557 Columbia Street in Little Italy, Queenstown, which opened in April 2013, develops on PJ Lamont and Matt Baker’s New Zealand-themed restaurants.

KIWI BREAKFAST: poached egg, heirloom tomato, burrata cheese arugula, sourdough baguette, marmite/vegimite - $9
OINK: jalapeno corn bread with hoisin pulled pork, poached egg, jalapeño cayenne hollandaise sauce and garlic kale - $11
QUEENS STREET FARMER: three eggs cooked to order, heirloom tomato, lamb sausage, sourdough baguette with herb butter - $11
PRAWN AND GRITS: a signature brunch dish! yellow organic stone ground grits with peppers, bacon, and ample amounts of spice - $12
