Lucky Bastard Saloon’s 38 giant-screen TV’s have already made it ideal for football season, and now the Gaslamp sports bar has launched a full brunch menu to complement every game. Every Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., fans can get their brunch fix without resorting to checking ESPN on their phones.
Lucky Bastard’s brunch favorites are inspired by classic dishes and served with an unexpected twist. Popular bar fare combines with eggs in menu items including a skillet of creamy spinach and artichoke eggs or cheesy fried egg and bacon tater tots. Chilaquiles jump start your morning with house-made red chili sauce and sriracha, while mainstays including breakfast burritos, Belgian waffles and steak and eggs conquer all appetites. Evening entrees, including ten pizza varieties and the peanut butter-laden Lucky Bastard Burger, are also available during brunch for those seeking dinner flavors.
It wouldn’t be a Lucky Bastard brunch without the booze! Creatively named cocktails like the Bastard Breeze, Screwed Bastard and Bloody Bastard are served alongside bottomless mimosas, blueberry-topped Prosecco and margaritas garnished with hazelnut. Guests will also find 20 beers on tap, including favorite local craft beers.
Lucky Bastard Saloon is open Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Happy hour is offered daily from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Lucky Bastard Saloon is located at 840 Fifth Avenue, San Diego, CA and the telephone phone number is 619-233-0023.
