Paradise Point's Baleen to Close to Prepare New Concept

February 14, 2014

Paradise Point's signature waterfront restaurant Baleen will close on Monday, February 17, and reopen in April as a new concept with Chef Amy DiBiase at the helm.  The new restaurant, with a new name soon to be announced, will offer a thoughtfully curated selection of local seafood, seasonal ingredients and craft beverages in a chic, laid-back bayside setting.

To bid Baleen farewell, February 16 will be a special evening celebrating the past and future. A collaborative menu by Chef Amy DiBiase and opening Chef Brian Freerksen featuring four of the restaurant's signature dishes from throughout the years will be served. The regular a la carte menu will also be available.  Also, if you want to take a piece of the old Baleen home,  the restaurant's monkey sconces and chandeliers are up for grabs ($75 for a sconce, $500 small chandelier, $1500 large chandelier)!
