In just a few days, West Coast Tavern will be celebrating their five-year anniversary with a roaring 20s-style party! Why the 20s theme? It’s to honor the year that the North Park Theatre first opened their doors… as the modern day West Coast Tavern resides in the theatre’s original lobby. Gals, don those flapper dresses and gents, put on your best suit to celebrate the iconic North Park restaurant and bar’s 5th anniversary on Thursday, August 28.
From 7 to 9pm, enjoy half-priced cocktails and hosted hors d’oeuvres as the Afrojazziacs summon us to the dance floor with unique afro-Latin-punk-junk-jazz sounds. Dress in your jazz-era best and channel the spirit of 1929, when the North Park Theatre first opened its doors.
