At the Alesmith Brewers Dinner at Sycuan, diners will enjoy unique plates like peppered bacon wrapped scallops, lamb sausage salad, grilled flat iron steak, maple seared duck and chocolate toffee cake with AleSmith favorites like San Diego Pale Ale .394, Grand Cru Belgium Style Ale, AleSmith IPA, Wee Heavy Scottish Ale and Barrel Aged Old Numbskull Barley Wine. This is the third Brewer’s Dinner hosted by Sycuan Casino. Past events have included pairings with Belching Beaver and Stone Brewing Co.
