Toast Enoteca & Cucina is bringing Italian brunch to San Diego's East Village. Starting Sunday, July 12, this neo-Italian restaurant will launch its Sunday brunch service from 10am to 2pm, which will consist of an à la carte menu that includes such stapes as the homemade waffles and crepes; a spinach and gorgonzola omelet; Toast benedict served over fresh focaccia bread and topped with Prosciutto di Parma and rosemary hollandaise sauce; an Italian sausage omelet and vegetarian options including a broccoli, cauliflower and radicchio mozzarella omelet.

With brunch prices ranging from $8 to $15 per plate, diners will also have the option of enjoying bottomless mimosas for $15 with the purchase of an entrée or $25 for those on a champagne diet only.

“Brunch is a popular meal and brings friends and family together on Sunday,” said Martin Gonzalez, owner and executive chef at Toast. “We want to give people yet another reason to enjoy a hearty Italian meal that pleases the eye and the palate.”
