San Diego's king of chicken wings, Dirty Birds, has opened its second location. Opened in Pacific Beach in 2008, Dirty Birds has become “the spot” for wings and it's new restaurant should certainly be a hit at 6499 El Cajon Boulevard in the College Area around the San Diego State University Campus. Adding to a lineup of over 30 wing flavors, sandwiches, salad, burgers and sliders, Dirty Birds College Area will also add a menu of pizzas.
In its 7 year tenure, Dirty Birds has not gone unnoticed by locals and food critics. They have been awarded countless “Best Wings” honors and even received national acclaim by being listed tenth on TheDailyMeal.com’s listing of America’s Best Buffalo Wings.
