Bacon & Barrels offers over 100 food and libation booths with all-inclusive tastings from some of Southern California’s hottest boutique wineries and unique, high-end small batch whiskey, scotch, tequila, gin and rum from local artisan purveyors, as well as live music by The Spazmatics and demos by celebrity chefs. There will also be a selection of craft beers to taste while enjoying a inventive and unexpected bites from participating chefs. The event will feature equally impressive views, as it will be held on the waterfront at Embarcadero Marina Park South. To celebrate special achievement in the bacon arts, one chef and one mixologist will be named the 2016 Jefe del Porko by well-known food enthusiasts.

The San Diego Bacon & Barrels festival will donate a percentage of all ticket sales to support under-served children and the Create Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports farm programs. Bacon & Barrels will also incorporate its proprietary Environmental Event process, with a goal of 95% of all event trash diverted from the Landfill.
