Bugsy's BBQ, which opened earlier this year at 827 5th Avenue in San Diego's Gaslamp, has already shuttered, but we've got word that a Peruvian restaurant will soon be implanted in the prime downtown space. Inca's Shots & Yards is gearing up for a 2017 opening.
Owned by first time restaurateur Victor Florian, Inca's Shots & Yards will serve traditional Peruvian & Latin cuisine, as well as a full bar stocked with local and foreign craft beer and wine. Expect Latin-inspired dishes like ceviche, Lomo Saltado stir fried beef, Aji de Gallina stewed chicken, Papa Rellena filled potato balls, Pollo a la Brasa rotisserie chicken, and so much more.
Renovations are currently underway at the indoor-outdoor space and Inca's is gearing up for an early Spring 2017 opening.
