Stuffed Burgers To Open Brick-And-Mortar Location & Donut Shop In Pacific Beach

December 7, 2016

Adding to its Liberty Station hub, AG Industry Concepts will expand its Stuffed! burger concept with the opening of a second location in Pacific Beach. The local restaurant group will also tap into the donut trend and open Frat Boy Donuts in the neighboring space within the new shopping plaza at 1380 Garnet Avenue, which we recently reported will also house a Mission Brewery tasting room.

Led by Alex and Tori Gould, San Diego based AG Industry Concepts owns and operates the popular STUFFED! location in Liberty Public Market in Point Loma, which originally started as a food truck that has since been repurposed into the company's Green Flash Gastro Truck that dishes out from the Mira Mesa brewery. Stuffed serves up a nostalgia driven menu of massive, juicy-Lucy-type burgers, sandwiches, comfort sides and sweets.

Frat Boy Donuts will continue the brands ethos of embracing the elaborate and will serve imaginative versions of the donut. Both eateries are poised for multiple locations and are anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2017. Don't be surprised if you see a Frat Boy Donuts pop up in Liberty Market in the near future!
