Some of the owners of New York West & Manhattan's of La Jolla are in the process of opening a casual sports bar brewpub in San Diego's East Village. Fault Line Bar & Grill will bring craft beer, stacked burgers and spiked milkshakes to the base floor of the new Pinnacle on the Park high rise building when it opens this summer.
Set to debut in late May to early June on the ground floor of East Village's newest high rise apartment complex - the gigantic, 45-story Pinnacle on the Park - is Fault Line Bar & Grill, a joint effort from some of the owners of downtown's New York West, Manhattan's of La Jolla, and San Diego Pizza Company food truck. Fault Line will be a neighborhood sport bar concept that will serve a menu of more than 20 tap beers, as well as burgers, pizzas, pub fare, boozy cocktails and spiked shakes. The eatery is currently being built out to offer 2,000 square-foot of dining space, including an outdoor patio overlooking Fault Line Park.
