Meet Jing Chen, founder of San Diego's JinBuCha, who is serving up a healthy alternative to soda to in her community of North Park. Jing brews all the batches of her kombucha, using all organic ingredients and even grows and forages much of the ingredients for flavoring. JinBuCha is served in local restaurants, farmers markets, and bars in San Diego, as well as on tap in the tasting room at 3620 30th Street in San Diego's North Park.
