Liberty Station's Solare Ristorante To Host 3rd Annual Heart Of Spring Outdoor Feast On Sunday, May 21

San Diego's Solare Ristorante Italiano will host its hyper-local 3rd annual Heart of Spring Feast outside of the Liberty Station restaurant on Sunday, May 21, featuring a multi-course, paired dinner under the sky!

At Solare's Heart of Spring Feast, the popular Italian eatery will celebrate the flavors of the season with an outdoor dinner prepared with all local ingredients. Guests will be seated outside on the lawn next to Solare, all at one long community table, and will be served dishes like a Catalina Offshore Products "catch of the day" whole fish to be prepared “gills to tail”. There will also be course made with local lamb and pork, as well as produce from area farmers. Solare is also working with San Diego County wineries, breweries, and distillers of fine spirits to pair drinks with the dinner.
