Mother Earth Brew Co. To Open Vista Brewpub | Mother's Provisions Coming Soon To North County San Diego

May 9, 2017

Mother Earth Brew Co., which launched in San Diego's North County in 2010 as a brewery and brewing supply store, is expanding its tap house location for the opening of Mother's Provisions - a gastropub and tasting room in dowtown Vista, which will offer indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy house brewed beverages and a menu of small plates.

Founded in 2008 by home brewer Dan Love, Mother Earth Brew Co. grew from a garage to a 28,000 square-foot brewing facility, and last year the North County brewery purchased a 40,000 square-foot production facility in Boise, Idaho in order to expand its output. Mother Earth now aims to rebrand its Mother Earth Tap House at 206 Main Street in Vista and is repurposing the neighboring space, which previously house the company's home brewing store, for the opening of Mother's Provisions.

Mother Earth has closed its Tap House to build out its new venue. Mother's Provisions will be a large space with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a private space and wine cave. They will serve 20 taps of craft beer, including options from guest breweries, as well as wine on draft and in bottles, cold brew coffee, cider, and a menu of tapas-style small plates, including charcuterie. The location hopes to open by late summer/early fall.
