San Diego's most popular gastronomy-centric Facebook Group - Eating & Drinking in San Diego - will bring together friends Eco Caters, Grand Old BBQ y Asado, Mastiff Sausage Co., and incoming Lola 55 for a delicious feast on Sunday, September 10, featuring a low-country seafood boil, smoked pig, sausages and tacos, as well as plenty of locally-produced beer and drink.

EDSD's Le Grand Ole Boucherie & Seafood Boil will feature a New Orleans-style seafood boil from Louisianna-born chef Nick Brune of Eco Caters, a whole smoked pig from Grand Ole BBQ pitmaster Andy Harris, a variety of sausages from Mastiff, and delicious creations from Lola 55's Chef Andrew Bent. There will also be a cash bar featuring craft cocktails from Henebery locally distilled whiskey, alcoholic kombucha from South County's Boochcraft, and craft beers from Thorn St. Brewing, California Wild Ales and Bay City Brewing.

Tickets to the Le Grand Ole Boucherie & Seafood Boil are available online for $65 per person or $350 for a table of six, and a portion of proceeds goes to San Diego's Berry Good Food Foundation, a non-profit charity that connects influencers in the local culinary community and hosts informative classes, symposiums and events based around sustainable food consumption and sourcing.
