Snooze A.M. Eatery Debuts At The Shops At La Jolla Village This Wednesday, August 30

Snooze: an AM Eatery, which has been named one of Restaurant Business’ top 50 fastest-growing small concepts, is almost ready to unveil the company's third San Diego location at The Shops at La Jolla Village. Opening this Wednesday, August 30, La Jolla breakfast lovers will get the chance to experience Snooze’s culinary innovation, energetic atmosphere and friendly service.

"Since opening Snooze in Hillcrest in 2011, we have been very thankful for our San Diego community," said Snooze, an A.M. Eatery’s CEO David Bizron. "We are excited to expand to the La Jolla area and share Snooze with more guests, support more of our community, and expand our partnerships with local purveyors."

Snooze is joining an exciting lineup of new tenants heading into The Shops at La Jolla Village, including San Francisco-based sensations Philz Coffee and The Melt. Founded in Denver, Colorado, in April 2006 and currently with more than 20 locations around California, Denver, Texas and Nevada, Snooze has evolved the morning dining experience with a menu that delivers creative twists on classic breakfast dishes, as well as a selection of local, craft beers and morning cocktails. The company first entered the San Diego market with the opening of the Hillcrest location in 2011, followed by a second area outpost that debuted in Del Mar Highlands Town Center in September 2013.

By encouraging custom creations and mix-and-match combinations, Snooze offers unique dishes that bring an end to the constant brunch dilemma of sweet versus savory. The La Jolla location will maintain the signature menu that San Diego Snoozers have come to know and love, including dishes like the Bella! Bella! Benny, Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and OMG! French Toast. The 3,458 square-foot La Jolla location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and offers a full bar with a variety of delicious bloody Mary's, craft beer on tap, as well as kombucha, cold brew, seasonal plates, and new special pancakes offered throughout the year. Notable local partnerships include San Diego’s very own Batch Craft Soda, Bread & Cie, Contra Coffee & Tea, Jackie’s Jam, Stone Brewing Co.
