Break out your best holiday attire for the fabulously fun Hillcrest Taste 'N' Tinis, taking place on Thursday, December 14, from 4-9pm. Classic cocktail parties will have a fabulous sparkle this season when one of San Diego’s most beloved neighborhoods serves up a festive way to enjoy the holiday season. Take in the crisp winter air and holiday decorations while you embark on a self-guided walking tour of delightful drinks, scrumptious eats and fabulous retail shopping at the Hillcrest Taste 'N' Tinis!
Embark on an evening out on the town while you enjoy wonderful cuisine from distinguished local chefs who will prepare an assortment of house specialties from hors d'oeuvres and entrees to delightfully sweet treats. The holiday hospitality will continue as you visit the wide variety of participating retail shops. Find warmth inside each of these shops while you treat yourself to cheerfully crafted cocktails as you delight in some holiday shopping at Hillcrest’s best boutiques. Sip on Candy Cane Cosmopolitans, Peppermint Martinis, Holiday Hibiscuses, and Creamy Eggnog while you shop for the perfect holiday gifts. Each shop will host its own bartender who will mix up their specialty cocktails especially for you.
Participants at Taste 'N' Tinis will also have a free photo op with the "Naughty Santa" and the ability to purchase an ugly sweater at the Rite Aid will call booth. Tickets for this savory soiree are available online for $25 in advance and $30 on the day of the event. Participants in the cocktail portion of this event must be 21 years or old and have a valid ID to enter. All participants must check in at Will Call to receive their official tasting passport, martini cup, and map. The will call locations to check into the event are located at Rite Aid (535 Robinson Ave) and Rich's San Diego (1051 University Ave).
