One of San Diego's most beloved destination for Mexican seafood creations, Mariscos German Beyer will soon open a brick-and-mortar location a stone's throw from Petco Park in the East Village.
Heading into the 2,000-square-foot Petco Park-adjacent space that was last occupied by Blanco East Village Taqueria and the short-lived Como Ceviche before that, Mariscos German Beyer has successfully operated food trucks and eateries in San Diego for more than 10 years. Spread throughout San Diego County - Mariscos German, Mariscos German Beyer, and Mariscos Nine Seas is the product of Chef & Owner Jorge Fuentes whose original food truck has been located in the parking lot of a liquor store on Beyer Boulevard in San Diego's South County for over a decade.
Mariscos German Beyer By The Park will grand open at 317 10th Avenue on January 2 and serve a large menu that includes seafood soups, clamatos, aguachiles, ceviches, tacos, burritos, and seafood cocktails - including the must-try Tostada Loca. The eatery has been voted best taco in SoCal by Huffington Post and was featured on The Cooking Channel's San Diego Taco Trip.
