Fresh off the recent opening of the company's third location, East Coast-style Mr. Moto Pizza House is already planning its fourth outpost, expected to install in the currently-under-construction Ocean Beach Plaza that will also house a branch of popular San Diego chicken wing chain, Dirty Birds.

Owned and operated by Gibran "Mr. Moto" Fernandez with the help of his immediate family, Mr. Moto opened its first location in Pacific Beach in 2015 and expanded to North Park for a second branch that debuted in February 2017. This summer, a location unveiled in the new Bellamar mixed-use complex in Point Loma. The NYC-style pizza joint offers a menu centered around a variety of signature pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, calzones and Stromboli, all easily accessible for delivery or pick-up through a nifty online ordering system.

If all goes as planned, the 4th branch of Mr. Moto Pizza House is going to install within Ocean Beach Plaza, an approximately 10,000 square-foot, commercial-only complex currently being developed at 1929-1947 Cable Street in the heart of San Diego's Ocean Beach neighborhood. Owned by well-known Newport Avenue business and property owner John Small, the property will have as many as 8-10 units with a parking lot. Earlier this year, we announced that San Diego's king of chicken wings, Dirty Birds, would install its 4th branch in the plaza's largest unit. Coincidentally, Dirty Birds' original location is also located right across the street from Mr. Moto's flagship branch in Pacific Beach. OB Plaza is anticipated to be completed by year's end/early 2019.

Mr. Moto Pizza House is located at 4653 Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach, 3773 30th Street in North Park, and 1166 Rosecrans Street, Suite 102, in Point Loma. For more information, visit mrmotopizza.com and check out the menu below.
