San Diego's downtown Halloween Block Party has been rebranded into WCKD Village, taking place over a six block footprint in the East Village on Saturday, October 27, from 6pm to midnight. Previously operated as Monster Bash for the past 17 years, the annual San Diego Halloween block party has been reformulated to bring party-goers a fresh experience.
