Members-Only Craft Distillery Club Coming To San Diego's Little Italy | The Distillers Club To Open In The Loading Dock Space

January 18, 2019

The founder of San Diego craft distillery, Kill Devil Spirits Co., is moving into the northern Little Italy space currently occupied by The Loading Dock for the opening of The Distiller's Club - a members-only distillery, dining club and event space set to debut this Spring.

One of San Diego's first craft distilleries to begin production since the end of Prohibition, Kill Devil Spirit Co. was founded in Spring Valley in 2011 by self-taught distiller Ray Digilio, who was also president of San Diego's Distiller's Guild for 2 years. Although details are still in the works, we know that The Distiller’s Club will be a private club that houses an in-house distillery, bottle shop, craft cocktail bar, supper club and entertainment space for members and their guests to enjoy. For 2019, only 500 executive members will be admitted. In addition to being able to frequent the Little Italy facility, members will have the ability to co-create retail ready spirits with an experienced distiller.
