The Junior League of San Diego will host its 19th annual Food & Wine Festival fundraiser at the beautiful Ellen Scripps Browing Park overlooking La Jolla Shores on Saturday, May 11, from 2-5pm, offering attendees the chance to enjoy unlimited bites and sips from some of San Diego's top purveyors. Support the Junior League of San Diego in its 90th year in operation while enjoyinng an afternoon with some of San Diego’s finest vendors while taking in breathtaking views of the La Jolla Cove at the organization’s largest fundraising event of the year. Beginning in the early afternoon, guests dressed in their weekend best will gather at Ellen Scripps Browning Park for live music, silent auctions and unlimited tastings from San Diego’s finest restaurants, breweries, wineries and distilleries. Following the event, there will be an after party from 4-8pm at the historic La Valencia Hotel. 

"Our Food and Wine festival is our signature fundraiser supporting our award-winning community projects," said Joni Flaherty, president of Junior League of San Diego. "The event is the perfect way to kick off summer, dress up and indulge in some of San Diego’s best food and drink for a great cause."

Tickets to the Junior League of San Diego Food & Wine Festival are available online for $85 for general admission and $110 for VIP, which includes an hour early entry starting at 1pm, VIP-only tastings and a special VIP gift. All funds raised at this year’s event goes to JLSD’s mission-based projects and supports its commitment to training women to be community leaders.

For 90 years, the Junior League of San Diego has had a lasting and positive impact on the community of San Diego.
