A meat feast, liquid festival and costume ball all rolled in one, Meat Ball will be a celebration of decadence, fueled by San Diego County's finest producers of elixirs, spirits, ales, coffees, booch, and other liquid delights, not to mention dishes from some of the area's finest chefs and restaurants serving up unlimited samples of smoked, grilled, cured, and stuffed meats.
Participating vendors currently signed on for the inaugural Meat Ball include Sam The Cooking Guy and his Not Not Tacos, Grand Ole BBQ, Trust, Moonshine Flats, Heart & Trotter, 52 East, Flavors of East Africa, Surf Side Deli, Mastiff Sausage, Fall Brewing, Abnormal Beer Co., You & Yours, North Park Beer Co., Mostra Coffee, Pure Project, Bivouac Ciderworks, Orfila, Societe, and Vesper Vineyards. There will also be a charcuterie station with meats and cheeses from P. Balistreri Salumi, Creminelli, Hobbs, and Venissimo Cheese. DJs will be spinning Halloween jams and there will also be a riveting costume contest hosted by local radio personality Rob Zilla with a Traeger Grill for the winner.
