Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Restaurant & Store Coming To San Diego's Fashion Valley Mall

September 26, 2019

The Hawaiian shirt-ification of San Diego will be in full force in 2020. First, news broke that Paradise Point Resort would become Jimmy Buffett-themed Margaritaville Island Resort and now we've received word that a Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar concept is set to install within Fashion Valley Mall next year.

Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar is a new restaurant-retail concept in the spirit of the brand’s relaxed vacation spirit. There are 17 locations of the full service Tommy Bahama restaurant, bar and store around the country with #18 anticipated to open at San Diego's Fashion Valley Mall in spring 2020.

The new Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar at Fashion Valley will provide a casual environment for guests to eat, drink and shop. The 7,200 square-foot floor plan combines a retail store featuring the full line of Tommy Bahama men’s and women’s sportswear, swimwear, accessories and select home d├ęcor items along with a casual restaurant and bar where guests order at the counter and have food and cocktails delivered to their table. The incoming eatery will have an open design with an expansive patio and island-themed decor.

Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar will install at 7007 Friars Road, #305, in the space that currently houses AllSaints clothing store at Fashion Valley Mall. For more information, check out the menu below.
