Two-Story SKA Bar & Restaurant Brings Asian Fusion To Adams Avenue Starting This Week

October 20, 2019

Opening this week in Normal Heights is SKA Bar and Restaurant, a two-story Asian fusion restaurant and cocktail lounge that will soon unveil a 2,500 square-foot rooftop space.

From Louie Chau, who also operates Lotus Garden restaurant in City Heights, SKA Bar and Restaurant will open to the public on Wednesday, October 23. The eatery will offer 4,500 square-foot of base floor space with a full bar and a menu of Pan Asian cuisine and tavern fare.  Expect dishes like spring rolls, duck wings, lettuce wraps, Asian-inspired burgers and sandwiches, fried dumplings, bulgogi-smothered fries, and entrees like Vietnamese pork chops. The bar will be in the hands of Elliott Mizuki, who previously led nearby Polite Provisions. Ska hopes to open its expansive rooftop in the next month and introduce a weekend dim sum brunch.

SKA Bar & Restaurant is located at 3250 Adams Avenue in San Diego's Normal Heights. For more information, visit the restaurant's Facebook page
