San Diego Sliders Company has unveiled in Pacific Beach offering more than 30 varieties of mini-sandwiches and burgers.
Dale Stansbury first opened San Diego Sliders Company in 2017 within Chula Vista Center but that branch closed this past May. The fast-casual restaurant reopened this past week in the space that last housed Wings Empire in the same complex as Lucky Donuts in Pacific Beach. The eatery offers a lengthy menu of around 35 different sliders, including Classic Cheeseburger, Sloppy Joe, Chipotle Salmon, Spicy Philly Steak, Garlic Bread Meatball, Hawaiian Pulled Pork, Chicken Bacon Cobb, Chicken N Waffles, Cubano, Tuna Melt, Lobster, Prime Rib and many more. There is also a variety of smothered fries, lumpia, wontons, a deep fried waffle, and "Tour De Slider" options for those craving two or three different flavors. San Diego Sliders claims to use fresh, not frozen ingredients, and cooks each sandwich to order.
