Certified as the largest crawfish boil in the world, the San Diego Crawfish Boil will import 25,000 pounds of fresh, live crawfish straight from the suburbs of Lafayette, Louisiana, to be cooked on site at the Chargers' old practice field in Mission Valley. Presented by Raisin' Canes Chicken and the LSU Alumni Chapter of San Diego, the family-friendly, all-inclusive event also features live entertainment including performances by Chubby Carrier & The Bayou Swamp Band.
