A location of island-themed, hybrid restaurant & retail concept Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar has opened in San Diego's Fashion Valley Mall.
Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar is a new restaurant-retail concept designed in the spirit of the clothing brand's relaxed vacation ethos. The new Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar at Fashion Valley provides a casual environment for guests to eat, drink and shop. The 7,200 square-foot floor plan combines a retail store featuring the full line of Tommy Bahama men’s and women’s sportswear, swimwear, accessories and select home décor items along with a casual restaurant and bar where guests order at the counter and have food and cocktails delivered to their table. The incoming eatery will have an open design with an expansive patio and island-themed decor.
The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar offers a new style of service where orders are placed at the outdoor bar, then the food and drinks are delivered to table. Menu highlights include Tommy Bahama’s World-Famous Coconut Shrimp, Blackened Mahi Mahi or Jerk Chicken Tacos, All American Beef or “Nashville” Hot Chicken Sliders, Ahi Poke and Salmon Avocado bowls, salads and sandwiches, as well as Pina Colada Cake or Key Lime Pie for dessert. The full bar offers signature cocktails, Island Rum drinks, martinis, wine, beer and Zero Proof Cocktails.
