Three San Diego Eateries Make Yelp's List Of Top 50 Most Reviewed Restaurants On Yelp

Three San Diego eateries have made Yelp's list of the top 50 most reviewed restaurants in the United States.

"From a famed pastrami sandwich at Katz’s Deli in NYC to a cheeseburger from Au Cheval in Chicago, here are the most talked about restaurants and eateries on Yelp," read the article published by author Sara Bunge on Yelp's community page. "While every business on this list has over 6,000 reviews, Bottega Louie in Los Angeles comes in as Yelp’s most reviewed business with a whopping 17,020 reviews (and counting)."

Today online crowdsourced-reviews aggregator Yelp published a list of the top most reviewed restaurants and food businesses in the United States. While Los Angeles Italian food mecca Bottega Louie took the top spot on the list, San Diego's popular barbecue destination Phil's BBQ in the Midway district of Point Loma came in a close second place with over 14,700 reviews. 

Other San Diego eateries making Yelp's list include popular local bakery Extraordinary Desserts, who has over 8,069 reviews, and longtime pro-wrestling-themed taqueria Lucha Libre Gourmet Taco Shop, with 8,032 reviews. Check out the full list here.
