Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Restaurant On Schedule For Summer Opening In San Diego

June 3, 2022

Multi-Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is on schedule to open his largest Hell's Kitchen restaurant to date this summer in San Diego County.

Known for his roles on Fox's MasterChef and countless other television programs, Chef Gordon Ramsay is nearly ready to unveil one of his Hell's Kitchen signature restaurants inside Harrah’s Resort Southern California in San Diego's North County community of Valley Center, CA. The new bar & restaurant will be sited in the casino's former buffet area, which closed at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. The San Diego County Hell's Kitchen will be the fourth outpost of the concept, with the others located in Dubai, Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe.

San Diego's Hell's Kitchen restaurant will draw inspiration from Ramsay's long-running FOX culinary competition series of the same name. Expect an open kitchen where guests can witness all the action and a menu of some of Gordon Ramsay's signature dishes, including his famed beef Wellington, pan seared scallops, and lobster risotto. The 332-seat restaurant space will boast several chef's tables, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the casino, red and blue show kitchens, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving a full cocktail list, beer and wine. The new restaurant is a partnership between Gordon Ramsay and Caesars Entertainment, the parent company of Harrah's.

Leading up to the late summer opening of Hell's Kitchen restaurant, there are several hiring events taking place at Harrah's Resort SoCal. Job fairs will take place at Corked eatery inside Harrah's on June 27 and July 6, from noon to 5pm on each day. The company is hiring cooks, bussers, servers and more.

Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen restaurant is anticipated to open in late July/early August at 777 S Resort Drive in Valley Center within Harrah’s Resort Southern California. For more information, visit harrahssocal.com/dining/hells-kitchen.
