Pazza Market & Cucina To Bring Italian Delicacies To San Diego's UTC Area

January 16, 2023

Set to unveil later this month, Pazza Market & Cucina is a restaurant and Italian marketplace opening as part of San Diego's new Collection at UTC development.

From Vanessa Uteau, who operated two locations of Lean & Green Cafe prior to selling the businesses during the pandemic, Pazza Market and Cucina is an Italian restaurant and market with a kitchen helmed by former Cesarina and Ambrogio15 chef Patrick Money. Opening as part of the brand new Westfield UTC-adjacent Collection at UTC mixed use development, the 2,000 square-foot restaurant is designed by My Studio ID and will have a glassed-encased kitchen with a wood-fired brick oven, a bar, and an outdoor patio.

Pazza Market & Cucina's menu will include Roman-style and Neapolitan pizza options, Italian appetizers, panini sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and housemade pasta, as well as Italian beers and wine. From the market, expect an array of preprepared meals, fresh pasta, sauces, and other pantry essentials and imported products.

Pazza Market & Cucina is listed as opening on January 25 at 4577 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 1234, in San Diego's University Town Center area. For more information, visit pazzamarket.com.
