A bakery specializing in French and Mexican fusion, Hola Paris is expected to open this summer in San Diego's Old Town.
From Gabby Gonzalez and her husband, Chef Benjamin Clement, Hola Paris is an incoming bakery concept that will combine Gabby's Mexican culture with Chef Benjamin's French heritage. The eatery is currently installing in the Old Town Urban Market, a food hall that also houses Michelin-recognized Tuetano Taqueria, Barrio Donas, Elote and Flor's Mexican Kitchen.

Hola Paris will offer an all-day menu with fresh-baked French and Mexican pastries, sweet and savory crepes made to order, and macarons made with Mexican flavors like horchata and Cajeta de Celaya thickened caramel. They will also serve coffee concoctions, mimosas, sangria, and Kir Royal - a mix of Champagne and crème de cassis that is a popular drink in France.
