A three-year-old area pop-up, Al Toque Peruvian Kitchen is opening its first restaurant in San Diego's North County
Stephan Garcia, Rhandy Heredia, and Angelo Luna have been operating Al Toque Peruvian Kitchen as a roving pop-up eatery in San Diego since 2021, but they are now ready to open their first brick-and-mortar restaurant. They have taken over the 2,500 square-foot, former Legato Pizza space within Oceanside Village Square shopping plaza to open their first of what the team hopes is many area restaurants.
