Three distinct dining concepts are coming together under one roof in San Diego's South Bay, as a Roman-style Italian restaurant and a barbecue eatery are set to join Farmer's Table Chula Vista.
In early 2021, Farmer's Table—a restaurant blending Italian and country-style cuisine, first established in 2016—opened its fourth location in the former Marie Callender's building in Chula Vista. This 10,000-square-foot space will soon welcome two new dining ventures.
Acqua E Farina Trattoria Romana will offer authentic Italian dishes, including traditional cheese wheels, homemade pasta, and signature pizzas. The bar will serve classic cocktail pairings, refreshing sangrias in mango and watermelon flavors, and Italian specialties like Tiramisu martinis, espresso martinis, and Aperol Spritz.
Additionally, a barbecue concept will be introduced within the space. While Farmer's Table will continue its regular hours and operations, the newly renovated space will accommodate a unique dining experience under one roof, offering multiple concepts. The front signage will rotate depending on the featured concept, and the interior aesthetics will shift accordingly during different hours of operation.
Farmer's Table Chula Vista is located at 330 F Street in San Diego's South Bay. For more information, visit myfarmerstable.com.
