In August 2022, the 332-seat Hell's Kitchen restaurant opened within Harrah's SoCal in Northern San Diego County. The largest of the six Hells Kitchen restaurants sited around the world, the space boasts several chef's tables, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the casino, red and blue show kitchens, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving a full cocktail list, beer and wine. Since opening, Hells Kitchen SoCal has served more than 30,000 Beef Wellingtons and about the same amount of Sticky Toffee Puddings, two of Chef Ramsay's most popular signature dishes.
Those looking to sharpen their cooking skills this holidays, Hell's Kitchen is hosting live interactive cooking demos on three evenings. For $250 per person, guests will learn to make Gordon Ramsay's famous beef Wellington, mix a signature cocktail then enjoy a meal of salad, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Limited space is available, with classes taking place on December 3, 10 and 17, starting at 5pm.
