Karina's Mexican Seafood opened its 6th outpost of its Mexican mariscos eatery at the base floor of the Capri 925 B Street building in downtown San Diego in January 2015. Last month, faulty pipes on the floor above the restaurant caused a flood, which forced the restaurant to close due to damage.
