Jsix Restaurant and Coronado Brewing Company Go Whole Hog to Bring a Unique Social Dining Experience to San Diego

August 14, 2012

On September 27th, Jsix is pairing with Coronado Brewing Company for a whole animal dinner that pushes the boundaries set by other dinners of its kind. Guests will not only get to try whole roasted pig, but goat and other varieties of meat as well.

Just in time for Oktoberfest, Jsix Restaurant presents a whole beast feast, focusing on dishes using pig, goat and rabbit, cooked in and paired with Coronado’s brews. In true Jsix form, Chef Graves will utilize as much of the animal as possible, wasting little. The four-course meal will be set in a community environment that encourages guests to feel at home with good food and great friends.

This four course event costs $65 per person for just food or $85 per person with beer pairing.  The event begins at 7pm on Thursday, September 27, 2012

Jsix, located in the East Village and Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego, provides a warm and inviting location where professionals, friends and families can feel comfortable. Perfectly situated adjacent to Hotel Solamar, Jsix has been capturing diners’ hearts with Chef Christian Graves’ sincere and innovative cuisine.

Jsix is located at 616 J Street in downtown San Diego.  For more information, visit Jsix online, and follow the restaurant on Facebook and Twitter.
